Other Ideas for Ancillary Tasks

We therefore went for another photograph where Jodie is looking away slightly. We decided although her face had a fierce expression it was less direct because she isn't looking straight towards the camera. We also decided to look at the idea of airbrushing by using the blurring and blemish removing tool. We felt this would give us a much more defined image.

This is the image that we were left off with. As you can sees the colours have been manipulate so that we gave more of a warm glow to the figure. We also managed to make Jodie's hair extremely orange which is her defining feature. We do like the way that the image is now quite perfect and resonant of what would appear on a digipak or as part of a magazine advert.

We did like this image but felt maybe it made Jodie look a little too orange. We also noticed when it came down to evaluating the image that we had cut into the right hand side eye (her left).

We therefore decided to scrap this idea although we did try it out with the text we had chosen on it:

Simply looking at the way the text has been layed out we really like it. The only thing we are unsure of is the "Katy Perry" we feel that it would look better over the face.
